- Requests are processed within 3 weeks of receiving payment.
- Cash or phone payments are not accepted.
Pricelist
Official Copy:
$35.00 each, per destination.
Electronic Copy: $25.00 each, per email destination.
Electronic Copy: $25.00 each, per email destination.
- If more than one official copy is being sent to a single destination: the first = $35.00, and each additional = $20.00.
- These prices only apply to official transcript copies being sent to locations within the continental U.S. For all other locations, please contact our office for price verification.
- If you participated in multiple WorldStrides programs, transcripts from all programs are regarded as one transcript.
- The charges listed above apply to transcripts being sent by UPS and Regular U.S. Postal service.
- Note: All electronic transcripts are emailed as PDFs. WorldStrides is not affiliated with electronic transcript delivery services (i.e. National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, Scrip-Safe, etc).
Expedited Processing
Requests that need to be processed within 5 business days or less are subject to an additional $20.00 expedited processing fee.
- The $20.00 expedited fee is a flat fee that applies to all transcript orders included in your request.
- The fee applies to expedited transcript requests sent via UPS Ground Service and regular U.S. Postal Service.
Shipping Information
Official Copies
are sent via UPS Ground Service.
- You must provide a physical street address for your transcript(s) to be shipped with a tracking number through UPS.
- If the address provided is a P.O. Box, official copies will be shipped via regular U.S. Postal Service. Should your transcript not arrive at its destination, it will be your responsibility to submit another request with payment to WorldStrides for the transcript(s) to be resent.
- Tracking information is not available for transcript requests mailed through regular U.S. Postal Service.
- Note: If multiple transcripts were earned, ALL will be sent to the specified destination(s).
Refunds and Transcript Retention
- If you need to cancel your request, contact Additional Transcript Requests at atrf@worldstrides.com or (512) 480-8522.
- All requests for a refund must be submitted within 48 hours of the original order. If your request has not been processed, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- If your request has already been processed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- In some cases, a transcript may not be available through WorldStrides and students may be required to request the transcript directly from the host university abroad.

Do not submit an Additional Transcript Request if you meet any of the criteria listed below and follow the instructions that pertain to your program.
- If you participated in a WorldStrides High School study abroad program and need to request a transcript, please contact our Office of Academic Records at academicrecords@worldstrides.com for further instructions.
- If you participated in a GlobaLinks study abroad program and need to request an additional transcript, please contact Academic Records at academicrecords@worldstrides.com for further instructions.
- If you participated in a WorldStrides program that issued a U.S transcript (eg. University of South Florida, Carroll College) and need to request an official copy, please contact Academic Records at academicrecords@worldstrides.com for further instructions.
- Veritas Abroad participants: If you need to request official transcript copies, please contact Academic Records at academicrecords@worldstrides.com for further instructions.
